- Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.

- Delivery time may vary depending on the carrier and the customer's location, ranging from 2 to 7 business days .

- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

- For wholesale or volume purchases, we offer special discounts or promotions that may include free shipping or bonuses .

- We are not responsible for delays attributable to the shipping company, but we will track your shipment at all times.


4. Return and Refund Policy
Since we sell food products , we do not accept returns for personal reasons (change of mind, taste, etc.). Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
